1. How do I create a Mabasou profile/account on the website?
On the Home Page, you will see the ‘Account’ button at the top right-hand side of the screen. Follow the steps to create your profile, which will enable you to purchase and pay on the Mabasou website. You can unsubscribe at any time.

2. How do you keep my information secure?
At Mabasou, we take your privacy and data security very seriously. We adhere to South Africa's POPIA Act and international privacy standards (including GDPR and CCPA) to ensure your information is protected with the utmost security.

✔ All payment information is processed through Shopify's PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment system; we do not store your bank card details.

Simply email info@mabasou.com with your details so we can take action. Once you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive communications from Mabasou.

4. How do I change the email address linked to my profile?
To change the email address linked to your Mabasou profile, send an email to info@mabasou.com . You will need to provide details of your identity in order to do this. You may or may not be called for verification.

5. How do I delete my data/customer profile?
To issue a request to close your customer account, please contact us directly by email: info@mabasou.com .

Note: If you delete your account while an order is in progress, you will lose all visibility on the site, as well as standard contactability with Mabasou, and your order will be cancelled.
